Time for Domain Joined blocking setting to go into affect

Is it a new sync, or an existing sync that is still working?
- It is an existing sync. I setup a SPO Sync to a doc library in a new tenant as a demonstration to my client, then I enabled the block to demo that and it did not work as expected. I hoping that it will be blocked when we get into the office tomorrow morning.
- I think it was identified in another thread that the blocking wouldn't affect computers already syncing, only new ones.
