The account cannot receive shares on OneDrive.
If you're experiencing issues with your E3 account in OneDrive for Business where certain individuals are unable to share files with it and receive an "access denied" message, there are a few possible causes and solutions you can try:
Check Sharing Settings: Ensure that the sharing settings for your OneDrive for Business account are properly configured. Here's how:
