Takes time for files to save and sync

It takes time for a big/small file of any types to upload or synchronize the change(s) in the OneDrive. Typically the customer network requires huge bandwidth usage. The typical behavior of the files saved with changes in OneDrive is to let the file to upload/synchronize the entire file in OneDrive and this is not good for those customer networks with limited bandwidth allowance/subscription. I hope the differential saving / synchronization will be available.
