Sync Now Does nothing | Web Browser

I have 3 devices, 2 laptops and a desktop... Sync does work well from the desktop and the other laptop but with this one - it does not.

From the browser, when I click on Sync, I still get the "Sync this library to your device for easy access" message but when I click on "Sync Now" --- it does nothing..

Tried this in 3 different browsers and Microsoft OneDrive is difinitely installed... Oh, I forgot to mention, it does work for MY OneDrive but it doesn't for other people's OneDrive which is shared to me.
