Has there been any updates for a GPO to be created to turn off the autosave? This could be a HIPPA and security violation.

    we also have the same requirement to prevent users from accumulating huge amount of potentially sensitive information on all our workstations

    If you're a doctor you'd know it's spelled HIPAA. If the goal is to prevent deliberate data exfiltration then even disabling the tool entirely may not be enough.
