Send link doesn't find a person in my organisation
One of my colleages is trying to share a file with our boss, but OneDrive can't find him.
- It's an Excel spreadsheet.
- She's tried sharing from Excel, and from Explorer. Both failed to find him.
- She can find other people and send the link to them.
- I tried the same steps on my computer and I am able to send links to him.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
I figured it out. His account was hidden from the Global Address List. It doesn't make sense that this setting doesn't apply to all users, but that is a separate issue.
