Scenario: Downloading an MP4

So struggled a bit with this scenario in the modern OD4B.  A user uploads an MP4 file to their OneDrive, shares it with another user.   How does that user DOWNLOAD the MP4?     The only way I was...

Agree with your request Bent...and I have to admit I didn't know this lack of functionality. Have you checked if this requirement is posted in user voice?

    Not yet, was hoping there was some silly answer I'd overlooked

    I was just surprised I couldn't find it anywhere when the user called me. :(

      Well, in our tenant I can see that 'download' button, so I was surprised when I saw you don't have it.

      I'm member of the first release group, can that be the reason?

        We are also first release. I see the download if it is in my personal OneDrive for Business account, but if it is in someone else's it doesn't show up
