Removing an account from OneDrive for Android
Hi All, I'm expecting that this should be relatively straightforward but unfortunately my google-fu hasn't located an answer and I don't have an Android device. End users OneDrive for Android...
I have a Samsung phone and had a similar issue. The sign out option did not appear on the onedrive mobile app. I was able to resolve the issue by unlinking my Microsoft account from Samsung. Seems you cant have two personal onedrive accounts.

Account information
Connected services
Services with access to your info
Linked accounts (make sure all your data has been stored else where or make sure you have other ways of accessing the account your about to un-link).
Once the account has been un-linked you can remove the one drive account and add the new account

Scroll to + add account
Onedrive (enter new login info)
