Per machine installation is not work on Windows 8.1 since version 19.152.0801.0006
However, per machine installation is work on Windows 10, is it a bugs ? >
Stephen Rose might know if it's a bug or expected behavior.
This never worked for me in Win 8.1 . I have a ticket open with MS premier engineer since October. They keep escalating the issue. Win 10 works.
