OneDrive pdf reader

Dear colls, we are using OneDrive for access to the company e-library during flight (flight documentation etc.) These docs (eg. manuals) are highly structured - with multilevel bookmarks/outlines. Unfortunately, these structures are not supported by OneDrive pdf viewer (on iPads), cause all bookmarks are expanded when the document is opened (not collapsed to basic level). Is there any chance how to force pdf viewer to open bookmarks collapsed and allow users to expand only the requested ones and to the required levels?
