OneDrive pc updates, but another pc doesn't receive sync automatically.

My onedrive is installed on more than one device. On pcs. When I create some file, it instantly updates, from any of them. It instantly sends the file to OneDrive, but others don't receive this sync automatically. Only receive synchronization if I make any changes to the folder.
Example: Pc1 and Pc2
I create a file on PC1. It syncs with OneDrive, but PC2 doesn't receive.
I create a file on PC2. It syncs with OneDrive and in this sync, and only after that, it also receives the file that was created on PC1 previously.
That is, I have to "provoke" some action on the folder, so that it checks and receives updates.
