onedrive odopen://launch error when trying to download and use OneDrive for Business

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Whenever I launch OneDriveSetup.exe it won't open OneDrive for setup or show up in the File Explorer. I'm a business user, so I have limited knowledge on potential back-end issues.
