OneDrive not logging into one of two accounts on PC

I have two onedrive accounts,

My student's account is not logging in only in the OneDrive app it keeps loading.
It is active and I made sure it is. 

I don't have a problem logging into my personal account. 

I tried removing and installing it again, did not help.
