OneDrive for Business Windows 11 app shows 143 files uploading for more than a year

The OneDrive for Business Desktop app (on my Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription) on Windows 11 has shown 143 files uploading for a long time. The number of files and the presence of this message has stayed the same for more than a year. See red underlined message in screenshot.

Otherwise synching works as expected. 

Anyone seen this issue before?

Any ideas how I might be able to find out which files they are?
