OneDrive for Business Differential Sync

Are there any updates on this?   It was shown to be in the Q2 roadmap, but recent roadmaps I've seen it no longer exists.   Not a lot of news on this very important functionality.

To be precise, differential sync for Office documents is already available (provided that the relevant option is enabled in NGSC settings). It is indeed not available for other type of files.

    Can you tell me how to enable differential sync in the OD client?

      As already said, differential sync is not available for all file types, because OneDrive does not yet support it.

      Nevertheless, differential sync for Office documents is one of the features (together with co-authoring and in-app sharing) that is active when Office integration is enabled in settings.

       

       Also, it works only for modern Office file formats: .docx, .pptx, and .xlsx.

    Hope they implement all files like real file sync and share tools or we'll never be adopting this tool...
