OneDrive for Business deletion mail language
When a OneDrive for Business account is scheduled for deletion the manager will be the new manager for 30 days. He also gets a email with the information and also the link to the OneDrive of the user...

MicrosoftCurrently its not possible to send the email on the language of the manager.
I suggest that you add this to https://sharepoint.uservoice.com/ as it will allow for more people to express the same and it will have better visibility for the product group
