OneDrive claims that there is not enough space to sync or upload my files when there is enough space
I'm not responding directly to this problem but as it seems impossible for me to start my own discussion - one aspect of my complaint about Microsoft - I thought I might add my thoughts here.
I use OneDrive EVERY day, almost always on the same two laptops. Today, however, a powercut forcing me to seek a cafe for several hours, I tried to sign in to my Microsoft account on my 'travel Mac' and it has been an hour of total hassle.
• It will NOT recognise my CORRECT password, then soon tells me I have tried too many times (your not saying, wonder why!)
• I try to sign in with a code sent to an alternative address but this takes AGES to arrive - this morning at least 15 minutes - by which time I've tried something else and the code is no longer valid.
I used the passkey method which went on and one until I got the messages below (see screenshot)
• Getting any kind of help on the phone here in the UK is nigh-on impossible - the phone message lazily istructs you to go online for help, ignoring that the very reason you are ringing up is because there is no effing help online!
Essentially, MS is just too big, rich, complacent and stupid to care about service and helping the customer. It is pointless going around in circles just because you can no longer be bothered about your customers. I am now
totally effed and cannot get on with necessary work because I can't get into OneDrive. Thanks a bunch MS.
Wrong piccy, try this one . . .
