The bandwidth calculator was withdrawn, per Hans Brender https://hansbrender.com/2014/10/17/onedrive-for-business-client-network-bandwidth-calculator/ " Due to the next generation Sync client and the replacement of the old Groove client, Microsoft has withdrawn the calculator".
Your best bet is to check out https://myignite.microsoft.com/sessions?q=office%2520365%2520network%2520performance for the latest information, whether it will cover OneDrive specifically I don't know.
