one drive won't print or share any of my word files anymore

up until yesterday i could print off my word files from my one drive, I could also share them via pdf to my outlook

i am now getting "something went wrong, file cannot be opened now", even does this on new documents and documents i've previously been able to print and share as pdf?

nothing has changed on my devices. i've tried everything........help
