ONE DRIVE FILES MISSING

Hi 

i cannot see my files that were on my Onedrive. I am logged into my account the folders are showing however the files re not present in the folders

    Please check OneDrive online by signing in at https://onedrive.live.com or https://www.office.com and opening OneDrive. Confirm whether the missing files are visible there.

    Also, please check the OneDrive Recycle Bin or Commuter's Recycle Bin to see if the files were accidentally deleted and can be restored.

      Many thanks for your reply but they are not there, its an issue with my account i believe and nobody is getting back to me after raising multiple cases
