One drive - images with in applications not appearing

Hi all, just having an odd issue with our One Drive for business client on Windows 10 devices.one d, 

When using IE as the dfault browser, some of the images within the app do not appear. Please see the screenshot below - however, I change the default browser to chrome and this fixes the issue.

Both browsers use the same pac file, so I am thinking it is an IE settings, may be trusted sites? has anyone else come across this before?
