Migration administrative permissions to each OneDrive folder

Hi,

Planning on migrating home drive data to ODFB using SPMT.  Can you please confirm if i need to grant administrative permissions to each OneDrive folder before migrating the data? From testing in test environment haven't done this and its worked ok but seeing a few people talking about it.
