Microsoft 365

I have Microsoft 365 and unable to add family members as shown as a part of the package.

This worked at the beginning although is no longer working. Now can't find or able to send link or add member in any way for them to be able to use the 1tb as part of my subscription as advertised. 

Any help appreciated.
