MAC creates a new version of a file in OneDrive

After new start of MAC it is created automaticaly a new file from an existing file in OneDrive with same file name, but with extension: _"user name". After checking the version it shows, that the file was created and edited by the user. It is not true, because the file was not opened or edited. How it is possible this?
