Linking/syncing two Bus 365 accounts to Windows File Explorer

I have been accessing and updating cloud files on my Windows 10 machine for several years.  I've followed the syncing procedure on my new Windows 11 computer, but can only see the limited data from one of the two accounts. Selecting the "open folder" produces the same limited list.  Selecting the "view online" gets me access to three out of six group folders.  Going to SharePoint allows me access to all group folders.

Unfortunately, the rest of my team is less tech savvy than myself, and would need a straight forward access to their data, ie Windows File Explorer.

    Larry_09541265 Not really following what you're doing...

     

    I'm imagining you have two OneDrive accounts under different email addresses, and you've also got SharePoint connected to one of them (or a third?)

     

    I presume you've set up the multiple accounts using the Accounts tab in the OneDrive client (via the taskbar icon).

     

    Where are you "Selecting the "open folder"" ? What is the "limited list"?
