Is there any OneDrive for Business License/Access restriction to Service Accounts?

Are you aware of any OneDrive for Business License/Access restriction to Service Accounts?

If you are aware of such restriction, can you please forward any documentation available on the same from Microsoft?

My use case is to automate download and upload files to SharePoint. We are looking for an unattended automation. Yes, we understand there are other ways like Web API, UI Actions,... which we can use but having OneDrive simplifies the implementation. Improves automation efficiency where uploads and downloads can happen parallelly outside of the automation solution.

Today we see our Service Account does not allow to configure OneDrive for Business and was informed its because of license restriction from Microsoft.

I was given the below URL for reference from others but it does not talk about any service account/non-human account restrictions.

Please help.
