Is OneDrive Deleting Newer Files After Backup Restore?
After a BSOD caused by an unsuccessful System Restore, and no way to get back into Win 10, I purchased a new drive and restored a backup image from a couple of weeks ago. In those couple of weeks...
I have a similar concern that needs URGENT clarification or resolution BEFORE I do a restore from OneDrive.
I autosynced my computer (Documents [complete], Photos, Music, Videos and Downloads.
I did not realise that OneDrive REMOVED these files from my PC (without my permission or knowledge until I attempted to open them on the PC and found that all of my folders were EMPTY!!!)
In the meantime, I had created and saved NEW files into some of these folders/sub-folders).
My question and concern is, if I restore files from OneDrive, will the restore overwrite the newer files that were NOT on OneDrive?
