Is it supported to onedrive of SharePoint On-Premise by using OneDrive App for editing?

- Yes. There should be a link on the sign in screen that says something along the lines of “have a SharePoint server URL?”
You use that link to put in your url and then your creds.

I can’t post photos from my phone. On the onedrive app right at the bottom is a link that says
SharePoint Server URL>
You click that link to connect to onprem SharePoint / onedrive.
SharePoint Server URL>
You click that link to connect to onprem SharePoint / onedrive.
