Insert a Attach file out of OneDrive into Mac e-mail

Is there somebody who knows how you can insert a attach file from OneDrive in to a MAC e-mail?
You must know that the attach file is not sync with MAC.
What are the steps to connect your OneDrive with your MAC Mail?
