Incorrect sync status icon and can't sync files automatic?

I have used mklink /J command to link some folders that I can sync files and I can download files on OSX. But the status icon still showing “syncing” that’s really annoying. I have tried to reset the OneDrive application but the issue still there.
In addition, when I add/update file the OneDrive client didn’t sync file to the server. I need to restart OneDrive client or restart computer. But On OSX when I update a file the client will sync file immediately.
