I can not access to OneDrive

I purchased one package Onedrive Bussiness Plan 2 at 8 May 2020.

But so far, I still couldn't access to Onedrive.

When I click to One Drive shortcut, I still below the picture:

I purchased directly and make payment on https://www.microsoft.com/vi-vn/microsoft-365/onedrive/compare-onedrive-plans?activetab=tab:primaryr2
