Fault code when trying to copy files 0x8007016A

Question

I have a computer that is broken, so I've removed the hard drive to copy all the data from one hard drive to another. However, I'm getting this error message, and I don't know how to proceed to solve the problem and gives me access to open my files again?.

I'm gonna guess that you had OneDrive files on demand enabled, so the actual files aren't present. Why not simply enable OneDrive on the other computer and check that all files are present?
