External User unable to use link to document feature
Is this by design that external users cannot use the +New > Link to a document feature nor create a document?
As an external user I can see the features, but receive an error message.

Well creating a new document requires permissions on the site itself, if you have only shared specific files/folders, the user most likely doesn't have such. Try sharing the site instead?
Oh, and I just realized that's the ODFB space, not the SharePoint one... :)
