delete storage on onedrive
How to free up space on one drive by deleting files
Hi NikolinoDE
I don't get the whole onedrive thing - when I open it up, I can't see what's on the onedrive and what's on my laptop but everything I'm working on currently has got a X next to it!
Any ideas much appreciated.

To give you a step-by-step fix for those red X's, please tell me:
1. Is this a Personal (@outlook/hotmail) or Work/School account?
2. What does it say for storage used at the bottom-left of onedrive.com?
3. Are you on Windows or Mac?
4. Have you emptied the Recycle Bin on the OneDrive website yet?
5. What is the folder path shown at the top of your File Explorer window?
