Data deleted from one drive

Hi All,

I bought business 365 subscription last year which went fine till June this year, after which my payment on the account were not collected from the card. On 16 nov i bought the subcription again, however from admin centre i did not see the old susbcription to reactivate it. So i bought a new one with the same account. I cannot see any old data in my one drive and speaking to support looks like ive lost the data forever. Is there no way to recover my data, the data must be stored physically somewhere so i am sure it can be recovered???
