In that case, it would be difficult. Because through Admin Center, we might be able to resolve this now without the Admin Account, I am unsure how to resolve this.
I would suggest opening a ticket with Microsoft 365 Support. Data Protection Team might be able to help you here. - No; a friend of mine gave me credentials years ago. Now I can't find that friend neither administrator.
