Cannot add a new account - keyboard input not working

smoothbook I have also discovered this occurring on devices running OneDrive version 24.062.0326.0002. We have students who login to our computer lab devices and then connect to OneDrive to save data and are running into this issue. I hope it gets fixed soon.
I was able to open a support request through out M365 contract.
I also notice that my clients updated to a insider version even though they should be on the production version of OneDrive.
Support emailed me back for the first time today saying they had reached out before and if I don't reply soon they'll close the case. lol. Terrible support practice. I checked and no email had come from them until now.
- Let us know if you get anywhere with them, MS wants fiddler traces, not sure why won't help much, but then also a video recording of the issue....ooooof! I sent him the link to this thread even and he said their team can't duplicate the issue.
- A video recording? I'll film my wife's empty desktop.
