Attaching One Drive files to Outlook email via Iphone
I've been attaching One Drive files to emails for years with no issues. All of a sudden, I consistently get the message "Something went Wrong" What is going wrong? BTW, I CAN still perform ...
Hi Kim, I’m sorry this issue impacts your business. In the meantime, I’ve found a workaround. When I Attach File in Outlook, I do not choose My Files (which leads to the message: Something went wrong), but I choose Other Locations: iCloud Drive & Device. Then I select OneDrive, Files, and the file I want to attach. I hope this works for you too! Best wishes!
Worked! You just need to make sure your one drive is in your iCloud Drive and Device location. Mine wasn’t, if yours isn’t just search “how can I make my iPhone see ms’ OneDrive as a location” phil0124 solution worked to find it. Good luck!
