[Office 2016] - "Save As" OneDrive displays a malformed login page.

In Excel 2016 (build 16.0.20501.30554), when clicking on Save As - OneDrive - Sign In, it displays a malformed login page, displayed below.

I did a Fiddler2 Classic trace, and all requests seem to be trying the following URL: http://odc.officeapps.live.com:443

And when attempting to access the URL, it returns 404:
