1 TB storage with subscription of Office 365 not assigned
I have had a subscription to Office 365 for over 5 years. Just received an email stating that my cloud storage (considerably less than 1 TB) was full. How do I set up the 1 TB cloud storage. Also, how do I set up saving files to my computer and not to One Drive.1.8KViews0likes3CommentsWelcome to the new Office End of Support community!

On October 13, we marked theend of support for Office 2010and Office 2016 for Mac. This means that we’ll no longer provide technical support, bug fixes, or security updates for these products, and organizations that continue to use them may face increased security risks and compliance issues over time. The requirements for connecting to Office 365 serviceshave also changed—and customers will now need Microsoft 365 Apps, Office 2019, or Office2016toconnect to Office 365 serviceslike Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. While we will not take any active measures to block legacy versions of the Office client from connecting, these older clients will fall out of step with the service enhancements and may present performance and/or reliability issues over time. Hi, since two days ago, our users who didnt upgrade to office 365 and still use office 2019 are getting an error when trying to sign in from office to their cloud account. The error is: "Your account is in bad state. Please sign-in to this account online to address the issue" Now I know support for cloud connectivity for office 2019 has officially ended in october 10, two days ago, in microsoft website its stated that: "In practical terms, what this means is that older Office versions might not be able to use all the latest functionality and features of Microsoft 365 services... No active measures will be made to block older Office versions from connecting to Microsoft 365 services if they're in extended support and are kept up to date. For example, Office 2019 and Office 2016, both of which are in extended support until October 14, 2025."Office versions and connectivity to Microsoft 365 services - Deploy Office | Microsoft Learn So why it looks like Microsoft actively blocked office 2019 connection to cloud?327Views0likes0CommentsVBA problem - Excel for Mac
Welcome I'm working on a Macbook Pro, macOS, in Arabic. I have a problem with the Visual Basic Editor in Excel, when I type commands, they don't work. When I write it outside the editor and then copy it to the editor page, it works. I contacted support, but they did not help me find a solution to the problem and referred me to the Microsoft Office technical community to solve the problem. Please guide me to the correct and radical solution to the problem, thank you.312Views0likes0CommentsSupport update for InfoPath Forms Services in Microsoft 365

Our office is currently using standalone installs of mostly Office 2019 and some Office 2021. I understand the support will end this year for them but will they still work with Exchange online if we go with Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription? We only have 30 or so users and cannot justify the cost of moving everyone to the next step up. I work for a small government agency and all costs are very scrutinized. I anticipate we could in the next couple years, but not before the October deadline. Will the older office clients get blocked like happened to Office 2013 and 2016?928Views0likes0Comments- 468Views0likes0Comments
Windows Server 2022 and M365
I'm looking at the Win and Office support matrix and Win Server 2022 and M365 Apps aren't supported. Can anyone explain why this is? It looks like Microsoft if going to remove the ability to host virtual desktop for clients and install M365 licensing on it. I assume in a push forcing people to use Azure.3.3KViews1like4Comments- 451Views0likes0Comments
I lost my Office Home and Student version and want it back on the same computer
I had Office 2010 on an older laptop. When I upgraded the operating system, I lost my Office 2010 Home and Student version. It indicates on the “Office Product Key Card” that it’s for 1 preloaded PC only. This is still the same computer that it was initially installed on. How can I reinstall it without a disk or is this not possible?802Views0likes1Comment- 342Views0likes0Comments
Totally bummed out
I probably should have expected this to happen eventually. Been using MS office for longer than I can recall. Most recent is Office 2010 pro which my former client installed when I was consulting so I could be on same version since I was on 2007, they allowed me to keep when I had to leave due to wife’s relocation since I continued to do some remote work for them. But then medical issues, surgeries, and forced retirement hit and the cost to upgrade is just too high. So now into full retirement my monthly income is only enough for the bare minimum and I’m stuck with Office 2010 at EOL. It’s really a great thing MS caters to the education community with free or low cost deals. But I was an engineer with no ties to education. Meanwhile, I feel they have completely abandoned the retiring boomer generation that has made them wealthy and the powerhouse they are today. We are retiring and some of us have hit hard times. Guess it’s time to look at open source!2KViews0likes4CommentsOffice 2010 support ended, but updates still released
On Docs page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/end-of-support-for-office-2010-3a3e45de-51ac-4944-b2ba-c2... it says that support ends in October. Yet i still see security updates released in November and December (WSUS). Why is that? Have you extended support without announcing that?Solved1.4KViews0likes1CommentMS office 2016 perpetual Volume Licenses Queries
