I'm not able to activate my license for Office
I've purchased Office 2021 Home&Student on May 2024. Since yesterday I'm not able to use it anymore as Office application cannot find the license assigned to my Microsoft account and forces me to buy...
I have been having the same issue for a week now. I have been using Office 2021 since September of 22 without issue. Now without activation it is read only, which is worthless. I spent several hours trying various things suggested by MS chatbot without result. Sunday I was told that MS was aware of the issue and was working to resolve it. The issue was triggered by a recent update. It would be nice to know if there was some expected resolution date.
