Why Microsoft doesn't get back when refund is involved?

I have found out why. So let me answer my own question that by the way was suggested by copilot which is ironic since copilot responded before the question was deleted. So I am not sure if anyone will see this, but I like to keep it for my own records. And since no one is going to see it, I am going to take my time and append to it later unless Microsoft deletes this well. So let's see.
