I subscribe to Office 365 Family & was told I would have 1TB of storage. I am now getting messages to tell me my 5GB of storage is nearly full & I must buy more storage?? What happened to my 1TB??

This is the answer provided to me by MS:
Normally you don't have to do anything. The 1TB limit kicks in automatically. There is a similar query that was answered elsewhere. Hopefully this applies to your situation.

You can sign out of or "quit" the OneDrive App to avoid syncing documents there. You can do that by right clicking the OneDrive Icon on the task bar and selecting quit OneDrive. You can also right click, select settings and untick "Start OneDrive automatically.
If the above does not work call MS Office technical support and they can reset your account.
