I completely agree with this. Education is arguably one of the strongest use cases for Microsoft Mesh, yet EDU tenants are excluded while many commercial licenses include it by default. The lack of parity between A3/A5 Education and even entry-level commercial plans is difficult to justify. At the very least, Microsoft should publish a clear roadmap or rationale so institutions can plan their digital learning strategies accordingly.
