If other teachers using the same domain can still access their accounts, I would first check whether the affected administrator accounts are blocked or have an issue with their sign-in methods.

I would check the Entra ID sign-in logs for the affected accounts and look for failed sign-ins, Conditional Access policies, MFA problems, or an account block.

It may also be worth trying the account from an incognito window and from another device or network. If both administrator accounts have been unable to sign in since January, I would recommend opening a Microsoft support ticket with the exact error message and screenshots.

The sign-in error or error code would probably be the most useful information for figuring out what is happening.
