While some software subscriptions will auto-renew others provide individual renewal control to the subscription owner. If you have purchased from a software vendor company, you should work with that company to cancel any previous subscriptions. If you have access to your subscription (shows the status and auto renew), then they can follow the additional steps on the support doc to turn auto renew or recurring billing off.
