NCE Renewal Window missed
Hi. I thought there'd already be topics on this, but.... We missed the 7 day window to modify (down) the number of seats for a client (NCE). By 2 days. Opened a ticket w/ Support. Support says...

mdonahueflyingbuttresscom Like Mikhail said, not really any other option except to 'eating it'. Microsoft is not going to give an exception on this.
Next time you should schedule a subscription change (reduce seats, change term, change billing, coterminosity) before the renewal date, so that on renewal date the change will automatically take place. The "Manage Renewal" function in Partner Center.
That way you don't have to put reminders in your calendar to make changes within the 7-days period and have mistakes like this happen if you miss it. Just schedule the change, and forget about it
