NCE missing Dynamics base licences in Cloud Reseller offer matrix

based on the data in the Cloud Reseller offer matrix (download from MSFT Partner Center) i'm missing several base licences. The ID's in the table below are displayed in the offermatrix as a possible base lincence for certain Dynamics 365 addons, but i was not able to find a respective base licence. Maybe the data in the offermatrix is outdated?

 

 

• Are you looking for the base license for "Teams Phone with Calling Plan (country zone 1 - UK/Canada) / (country zone 2)" ?
• Are you checking the SKU for your country?
• Have you confirmed the add-on licensing options based on the Microsoft 365 plan that you have? To see which voice calling and audio conferencing options are available to you, see  Which Microsoft capabilities are available with my plan? 
• Did you access the pricing workspace?  This is the place for partners to find the latest price lists & offer matrix files for both license-based and New Commerce license-based offers and product SKUs.  Usually, if an item is listed on the price list but not on the offer matrix, it means that the products can't be ordered yet. 
• Partners wanting to purchase new subscriptions for most offers should be using the New Commerce product SKU price lists and catalogs.
