NCE migration path for Nonprofit conferencing with dial-out US/CAN

When you say, "there does not appear to be a migration option in Partner Center", are you referring to the NCE Mapping tab in the new commerce offer matrix?
If so, since you've stated that you have the "new NCE product", so I'm not sure what you're asking?
Is one coming New products are typically announced in Partner Center Announcements, Nonprofit News, or Nonprofit blogs, etc .or must we add the new NCE product and reassign all the users? For offers (SKUs) that do not have migration paths, Partners can
- manually purchase the new commerce version of the offer,
- ensure licenses are appropriately assigned
- cancel the legacy offer.
