Migration to NCE
- Mar 18, 2024
- Did you migrate by enrolling in the BTTC2 (Bridge to the Cloud 2) or another promotion?
If so, you may incur costs to return on prem. For example, the BTTC2 promotion is intended for customers committed to migrating to the cloud. Customers returning to or remaining on on-premises licenses after the promotional period who want Enhancement Plan (EP)
benefits are subject to normal backpay and penalty policies.- You also need to determine if the licenses are eligible to be canceled.
If you are a Partner or Indirect Provider, to determine if your subscription can be canceled, please log into Partner Center and find the CSP NCE (new commerce experience) Handbook pg.9:
and pg.26
However, if you are a Reseller, please contact your Indirect Provider for assistance.
Hope this helps!

LicensingConcierge1 the client advised us to cancel the licenses after 7 days, But we really need to cancel those licenses, as the client won't pay us.
Is there a way to do it?
